I contacted Jim Hudson Cadillac the morning of July 9, 2026. I wanted to schedule an appointment to get my Cadillac serviced. I had a question to ask before scheduling the appointment. I spoke to a woman and she told me she couldn't get a tech on the phone to answer my question. She told me someone will call me back. No one ever called me. That's ok, that was God telling me to go somewhere else. It's all good. However, that's bad business on Cadillac's part.
