I had a great first experience at the Jim Hudson Audi service center. The online book inside is a little difficult for services. Because I took my car in on the Saturday. I will need to return during the week for a more accurate diagnostic.

I cannot say enough about the staff and experience when dealing with Audi in Columbia. Everyone is so helpful and the place is impressive. They even allowed me to use a desk area when needing to catch up on work while having my car serviced. They make the dealership experience enjoyable.
