I have had state Farm for 20 years and I've never had a bad experience with them. Until I moved here and got onto the Jim Howell agent here in Round rock. The workers seem careless and unconcerned about any questions or concerns you may have. They rush you out the door and they always seem to be in a hurry. If you like state Farm like me stick with it but definitely not thru this agent.
