We were referred to Kyle at Hoffpauir and so glad that happened. We shopped for truck via phone & emails with him as we live about 3 hours away. Kyle and the team found exactly what we wanted and it was the smoothest vehicle transaction ever. The real "no hassle" deal. Would recommend to anyone.
Will 100% waste your time and money just to get you on the lot. Sales dept will lie to you and ghost you later just to get the sale. I've purchased multiple vehicles from here in the past with very positive experiences, but they've changed (not for the better). I will not be returning, and can no longer recommend them to friends or business associates in good conscience. Hopefully they'll clean up their act, but I won't hold my breath.
