The original purchase was fine, however if you need anything post purchase good luck. I have called to speak with the gentleman from finance who completed my deal seven times now over the course of three weeks. Each time he is either not in for the day, or at an appointment and they do not know when he will return. No return calls for any of the messages I left. I was told no one else at the dealership can assist with any service agreement issues.
I was on a trip to West Texas from Austin and an ignition light came on my Chevy Colorado. I pull into your service dept. Wyatt used the diagnostic meter and said it was with emission, he said said he had a service person look at it. Wyatt came back and they had the part and could fix it.
