Angelica and Robert were great in getting me into the vehicle I wanted. They listen to needs and wants. So I have to stay keep up that great customer service.
I am just looking for a new car. I love to read these comments from other customers so I know which sales person to avoid and which dealership to go to. For now, I will give them 3 stars. When I get there, and depending on my experience, I will change my rating since I cannot bypass it without giving one. Sorry Jim Harte Nissan for not giving you a higher rating for now☺
I traded in my 2012 Altima for a Rouge and had a problem finalizing what I owed the dealership. John Carroll (General Manager) and Michael Pietras (Sales Manger) went above and beyond expectations to get my problem resolved.
