If I could give a ZERO on stars, I would! My teenaged daughter had a horrific experience there about 10 years ago. She went in for a filling. He gave her a numbing shot and started working on her a few minutes later. She said she could feel it and was in pain. Dr. Hales has been my dentist since 2014. He is the only dentist that makes the "Snap On Smile" which are slip on teeth. From the very first meeting I found Dr. Hales to be totally honest and detailed oriented. So I got the "SnapOns" and am still happy with them going on the 6th year. The dentist did not tell me what he was doing, made me feel very uncomfortable. I got two numbing shots that didn't numb my lips or gums but numbed the side of my FACE. I told him I wasn't comfortable getting work done if I could still feel it and he was very rude about it so I just left.

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Hale probably should have retired about 10 years ago. He didn’t explain anything to me. I went in to have one tooth removed, he took 3. They literally had me signing paperwork after administering anesthesia , I even told the desk lady that this didn’t feel right. The 2nd took clearly didn’t need to come out as it requires extensive drilling, hammering and wrenching in it. I tried telling the dentist that the local had worn off( something I had warned him about initially). I ... read more
