I went to Dr. Hales to find out about an alternative to CPAP machine which is a Mandibular advancement device (MAD). I have been using it for about a month and my husband is thrilled! I am not snoring at all and I haven't had to be waken to keep breathing. The device makes me self adjust and I continue to sleep and breathe comfortably. Both my husband and myself are sleeping better! Thank you Dr. Hales!
