Absolutely terrible! Took my car in for a diagnostics and came out worse than when it went on. Asked to speak to the manager when called back and the refused but would forward my stuff; ya know how that goes mia. After asking for manager they hung up on me. Do better!
Oil change shows no sign of reservoir being fully filled and barely faint spots on oil dip stick. I'm not satisfied with service received and I'm concerned about my vehicle.
Called just after 2pm to check the availability of a specific truck. Assured that it was available and they even set an appointment time for 4pm to come test drive the truck. Informed them we were an hour away and they asked that as a courtesy if we decide not to come to call them. We arrived at 4pm only to be greeted by a salesman at the door who informed us the truck we wanted to see was sold and off the lot since first thing in the morning. The engine blew in our 2015 Equinox. The warranty company was resistant as to whether they would cover it. Our service advisor(Eric)went to bat for us and got it taken care of. SVG will have us as customers for any future service.
