Very good dealership!
We scheduled an oil change with a promotion for $20 off and a free tire rotation. We brought our key fobs as well to get the batteries replaced and were quoted $10-20 for that. We were asked if we wanted our filters replaced also and said sure, we were not quoted a price for this. When receiving our bill it was $230 and 1 key fob doesn't work at all and the other is no better than when we brought it in, working intermittently at best. Predatory sales and poor service overall. Great service, knowledgeable staff, nice environment, great buying experience. I worked a deal before i got there and they honored it in full. Trustworthy and reliable.
I drove to the dealer after I experience a sudden drop.in engine power. It did not last but seconds , and my check engine light came on. They helped me confirm it was safe to continue my journey to TX and gave me info to share with dealer when I arrived.
It was a good experience, but I ended up with a new problem. I will use SVG for service again. Very kind and knowledgeable staff.
