Absolute scumbag, Jim stole my little brother from our family at birth. Lying and cheating to have him taken by the state. My brother and I have not been allowed to see our little brother now for 11 years. Only a scumbag like Jim would deny family from knowing each other and seeing each other. This man is Satan.
