Was referred to Jim and set up an appointment. Jim is very friendly and gave us a reasonable estimate. We were still receiving other bids before deciding on Jim. We contacted him about 2 weeks later about some revisments to the original estimate Jim said he'd get back to us. Several days past. I sent a text and left two messages over a week long time span with no response. I guess Jim decided he did not want our business. I would at least expect a response saying that he was to busy or decided against helping us out. Overall... read more
