Mr Forehand did beautiful work replacing siding and windows in our 100-year-old Craftsman Style bungalow. It is the jewel of the neighborhood now. He modestly under-sells his talent and understanding of historical homes. He was well-priced, fair, and most importantly got done BEFORE he said he would. His workers were polite and willing to re-do small things until we were happy. Thank you, Jim, we just love coming home and telling people, "We're that beautiful house" on the block!!
