What a joke. Storm weeks ago! Called 2 of their recommend contractors and one we found online. All three contractors said we need a new roof! We got confirmation from the adjuster saying that’s all he needed to hear and now he says he needs to send one more person out. 4 days off of work so someone can come say the same thing as the last. Jim is very polite and sympathetic but State Farm reps are awful and rude with no regard to homeowners.
Long time customer but every time we call to talk to an agent we have to leave a voicemail. After two days with no call back….thank you.
