Jim went above and beyond, we owe him big time!
Jim helped us purchase our first home, and I always knew he would help us sell and buy again. Even with a crazy market and offers being rejected he always kept working on homes that would come on the market and putting offers in for us. The most important thing to me through this entire process was knowing that Jim would answer our calls. If he did not answer, we would get a call immediately after. My family and I are thankful to have had Jim as our realtor and are extremely happy with our new home!
I was referred to Jim by a friend at church. Off the bat I was very impressed with his knowledge and fast response times. We placed offers on a few houses, and once we entered contract, things started to get a little rough.
