My wife and I have had Jim as our State Farm Agent for almost 20 years. He and staff have always provided fast, thoughtful service whenever we have asked for it, be it on the phone or face to face. In this world of consistently less than satisfactory, on-line DIY service, it is such a pleasure to actually deal with a real, friendly, knowledgeable people, willing to take the time to go over complicated insurance policy and billing issues. WELL! Less than 5 minutes later, “Kimmy” called back… Our concern was being on a “fixed” income and our car insurance on an 18-year old truck and a 22-year old car was “killing” us!!! My previous agent retired so I needed to find a new agent. I hadn’t had my insurance rates reviewed since my husband passed and thought I might be paying too much. My husband handled the insurance and I wasn’t sure how it was calculated. My rates were reviewed and I now will be paying less. am so appreciative of how the process was explained and the assistance I received.
