Title: Given 5 stars last time, but today deserves 1 star. I’ll be watching closely on Tuesday. I previously gave this dealership a 5-star review because of great service, but today was an absolute nightmare, and I can give no more than 1 star. Responsive, efficient and nice customer service
Jim Falk Lexus is an extremely professionally run dealership and service department. The staff are courteous, and the service on my car is always top notch. I've tried other Lexus service centers in Santa Monica and LA but Jim Falk service department in Beverly Hills surpasses them all.
I do not trust the maintenance people working here. I brought my car in about 3 years ago and was told that I needed the rack and pinion replaced and were ready to bill me about $3,000 to do so. They said they would provide the maintenance video showing the leak in this system and they never did. 3 years later, my car is fine. This indicates very dishonest behavior.
