Trying to register my car in Texas and they require the bill of sale for my car along with my title, but when I called Jim Faulk the guy told me they don’t keep records “that far back” (Nov 2023) which is absolutely ridiculous because we know everything is digitized so there’s no reason for them not to have/keep that information. My guess is the guy was just too lazy to try and find it. Even if I still lived in Cali, I would never buy another car from here.
I had an amazing experience at this dealership! Jayme was incredibly helpful, professional, and super easy to work with throughout the entire process.
