Brand new ES and the door creaks and Josh the service manager does nothing about it. A 2025 ES shouldn't be making these extremely loud audible clicks everytime a door opens. You can see the sheet metal flexing when the door opens and closes on the passenger side also. What worse is that other Lexus models like the Rx or the IS don't make this noise when opening and closing the door. It just feels extremely cheap and not representative of Lexus brand quality.
Allyson Cooper has completely restored my faith in Jim Faulk Lexus Service Center. She is a consummate professional who consistently goes above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced at any service center. UPDATE: Santa Monica Lexus and Lexus HQ worked with me. I pushed them a lot to look at the issues with my car but they were willing to listen. Now the charging issue looks fixed. It took a while. Three times in the shop and two months. But it was done. Avoid this dealership. The poor reviews here are well deserved. I didn’t heed their advice. I have come here off and on for two years.
