Today I brought my Lexus RX 350 for an oil change. The service advisor Ms. Allyson Cooper was very knowledgeable and provided a very good customer service. During the wait time she updated me on the status of the process, and after it was done she gave me a technical report. It described the condition of brakes and tires and has technical recommendations. Also, Ms. Allyson explained to me the service that I can get using the flyer I got by mail from BH Lexus. This dealership is dishonest, their employees are rude and incompetent. I brought my car in after an accident due to performance issues, they recommended $1000 in services before even inspecting the vehicle. They lied and said my car needed front break pads when it doesn’t. They don’t even check the rental cars gas tanks prior to giving to customers.
