Today I brought my Lexus RX 350 for an oil change. The service advisor Ms. Allyson Cooper was very knowledgeable and provided a very good customer service. During the wait time she updated me on the status of the process, and after it was done she gave me a technical report. This dealership is dishonest, their employees are rude and incompetent. I brought my car in after an accident due to performance issues, they recommended $1000 in services before even inspecting the vehicle. They lied and said my car needed front break pads when it doesn’t. They don’t even check the rental cars gas tanks prior to giving to customers. Completely Mishandled, Misled, and Overcharged for Known Lexus Defect I had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership here. I brought in my 2019 Lexus NX 300 with under 43,000 miles due to engine issues — rough idle and a check engine light. I was first told the repair would be around $4,000, then without warning it jumped to $10,000, and finally to $15,000.
