I paid $2,500 to have a tow hitch installed on my Lexus NX, and the experience with Lexus Beverly Hills Service Center has been a complete nightmare. I was initially told the work could be completed in one day. Instead, it took three days. When I returned to pick up the car, I discovered that it had been delivered back to me with visible body damage. Soo... came in for oils change a little over $100, they offer and inspection sort of, tell you whats needed to be done etc. I gave my car in with check engine light, they gave it back to me that way. I was a bit shocked as they did so many tests n checks and when I asked manager why the light was still on, he said he didn't know nut for $269 they can check and let me know, obviously payment would go towards an issue they found.
