They say they are open at 9 am No one there. No way to run a business. Had to wait until 10:15 for someone to show up and then they wouldn;t even come until we had a wrecker waiting. Wrecker had to wait until 10:15 as well. Cost extra money. . I would never use this company.
The guy who towed the car today was incredibly rude. He was impatient while we were talking to the insurance company to figure out where to have the car towed. When asked about AAA, his "professional" response was "we don't screw with AAA. If you want a terrible experience, call Erwin Towing; they are sure to deliver an impressively bad experience.
Their prices are outrageous.
