I almost never write bad reviews or complain about anything. That said, worst car buying experience in years. Complete lack of professionalism. No basic processes are followed with any consistency. Horrible follow up regarding anything. E.g., if you are due a substantial refund on your after market warranty. The warranty co. sent our refund money to the dealership, and they have been sitting on it for weeks, (SIX now) despite calling them every few days and asking for the finance manager, who never calls back as promised. What a great place to buy a car. They made it easy. They gave me a good deal and there was no none sense or back and forth. They made buying a car from them to easy. Car was delivered and it's perfect. Tony Williams was my sales representative. Go see him for a great deal ! Thank you gentlemen.
Cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Ryan Jang at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia. I bounced from dealership to dealership all day until meeting Ryan. Ryan was honest, straight forward, and was vigilant to answer any questions throughout my process of trading in and purchasing. Highly recommend the dealership and especially Ryan as your salesman.
We recently purchased an XC60 and have to say it was the best experience buying a car ever!!! Cornell was the best salesman and went above and beyond to make this process smooth and rewarding! He is the BEST!!!! The folks at the dealership were so professional and friendly!!! We will buy from them in the future!!!!!
