I was needing a TCM for my Mazda 3 and other companies had a 3 week lead time on the part at over $1,000 USD. I called Jim Ellis Mazda and the service representative was very professional and told me how fast they could get the part ordered and sent to me. Not only was the part less expensive, but it also arrived within 4 days of me placing the order, with update emails being sent to me about the shipping! From now on, all of my Mazda parts will be purchased from Jim Eliis Mazda!
