We had a fabulous experience when purchasing our Chevy Tahoe at Jim Ellis Chevrolet. It was our extreme good luck that we were introduced to Diamond Lockhart, who was waiting out front when we arrived. She is friendly, has great energy and took time to learn what was important to us, as we tried to decide between 2 different trim levels. I went in here the other day and the service is odd. It seems like no one here is willing to work with you or provide effort in the negotiation process. You can do so much better.
Do not trust them for service. I had my car towed here and they tried to take advantage of me. We compared the price of the work they quoted us with other local mechanics and Jim Ellis charges hundreds of dollars more. All we needed was a very simple repair (changing a coil). But because we had already paid to tow the car there, it would have cost more to go elsewhere in the long run. They knew that and so they price gouged us and bloated the bill.
