I have just a few good words for Jim Ellis Chevrolet 1-5 Stars across the entire Dealership 2-Adam T. and Diamond were one of the most honest and trusting people I have ever meet at any dealership. 3-You must go here to buy your new car or truck no games no add on options no hidden cost. 4-Lastly their service center and parts department were pristine clean and super friendly
Ask for Amanda! She made the car-buying process so easy. She has a lot of experience, is professional, honest, efficient, and a great communicator. The price we were quoted was the price we paid without any last-minute hidden fees, and all paperwork was prepared and ready for signing when we arrived. She took the time to patiently address questions we had, never rushed us, and was not pushy at all. Our experience with her was completely different than any other car salesperson we dealt with at other dealerships.
This dealership used to be great but after a recent visit for a simple recall not so great!! The Tech decided to experiment on my vehicle in which he drained all of my coolant out of my truck and forgot to put some back in then proceeded to rewire components under the hood. I had to immediately drive to another mechanic for repair. What happened to the quality customer service and quality work!!! No one does honest work anymore!!!! Never again!!!!
