I purchased a V series Escalade paying $215,000. I am receiving the worst customer service from Nate a service advisor from Jim Ellis. My car battery after 45 minutes was drained. I had my car towed on a Saturday because my rear brake Locked up and it only needs a hard reset. We were told it would get done Saturday if not first thing Monday. It is now 130. Everything I come here just for a simple oil change it takes 4 hours . I set an appointment and it does not seem to do any good. Yes people are pleasant but they slowwwwww. They not focus on customer satisfaction. I got an inspection email from the tech about my car and it took the advisor an hour and 20 min to even come to me and ask me about the services they suggested. My time is valuable and a 4 hour oil change Is just unexceptable for me..
Ever wanted a Cadillac but wanted to be treated like you’re buying a Kia? This is the place for you. They sold me a used EV that I was told qualified for the $4k EV tax credit. Was later told the paperwork was filed with the IRS. Neither was true. IRS rejected my tax return. Circled back to Jim Ellis Cadillac and they would not admit their mistake ignoring evidence I had. I’ve bought over 15 cars from Jim Ellis dealerships. This is the first issue I had. The indifference and arrogance from the Cadillac store was shocking.
Poor service, I have called for a year and ask for the remotes for the tv in the car they never sent it, then now I called for questions about my extended warranty left a message and never returned my call .. poor service and management.. it such an expensive luxury car that I really enjoy, but their customer service sucks..
