I have never experienced an insurance agent who cares and advocates for the customer more than Jim! He has spent many hours on the phone with me, trying to navigate this crazy world of California home owners insurance, and car insurance. I have more often than not found these times to be crazy, difficult, and met with very little help from anyone to navigate this volatility. Jim is the opposite! He has been an amazing guiding light in a foggy world of insurance. Thank you Jim!
