He was great. Cleaned up after himself and than explained everything which i appreciated very much.
From the first call to when the technician showed up I was informed and kept in the loop. Joe was very nice and friendly. He was very helpful and informative on what was going with my furnace issue. Once the problem was diagnosed he was quick to contact someone to have the part hunted down. Very happy with my choice of joining the yearly maintenance plan knowing someone will be there to answer my call when I need service.
Justin was outstanding would not leave without me having heat.Justin went above and be on his job talk to me every step that he was doing . Because of Justin I have no problem's with my furnace.. I will be getting a new furnace this summer because of Jim Dorsey team Thank you again Justin I cannot thank you enough.and thank you Jim Dorsey for having him as a technician at your business...Ray Bouchard
