In my opinion this is a crooked dealership. I inquired about a 2018 Ram to purchase they informed me it needed a transmission under warranty and that the part would be there on May 13th and would be complete within a couple of days. I gave them a deposit based on this time frame. I applied for credit and they sent me the contract to sign. I contacted their service department and they informed me that they had no real idea when the part would get there or any idea when the truck would be done.
