In my opinion this is a crooked dealership. I inquired about a 2018 Ram to purchase they informed me it needed a transmission under warranty and that the part would be there on May 13th and would be complete within a couple of days. I gave them a deposit based on this time frame. I applied for credit and they sent me the contract to sign. I contacted their service department and they informed me that they had no real idea when the part would get there or any idea when the truck would be done. Horribly, rude receptionist. Sold us a car with locks that went down when locked but didn't actually lock the vehicle. $700 theft was when we found out and you refused to fix. HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!!
