Horrible customer service and unhelpful staff. Best thing I did was switch to Geico!! Much better rates and superb customer service that could teach the jim diaz office several things. I would never recommend state farm much less jim diaz office. Luckily they're not getting a dime from me anymore. I'm not surprised at how many people agree with me and also took their business elsewhere.
