Jim Dhamer Plumbing responded within a few hours when our water heater broke. Bob, the lead technician was knowledgeable and professional and ready to fix the situation. We ended up getting a new heater, which they installed quickly. Price was way lower than another outfit I had considered.
Had a great experience with them fixing up a backed up sink. They were kind, efficient, helpful and it was very affordable!
I called as a new customer and the lady on the phone was very short with me and told me she couldn't schedule me with a plumber at the moment because of other more important calls they were getting. She seemed pretty miffed that I was calling with a simple toilet issue. Funny thing is I had called an hour earlier, spoke with a different woman who was very kind and told me they could schedule me for next week. Used them last year for a new water heater install and recently for fixing a poor job done for our hose outside. Great staff, very honest pricing, and we'll keep giving them a call for as long as we're in the area.
