I needed service for a sump pump repair. Despite their busy schedule with the recent flooding, they were able to come out and replace my sump pump in a timely fashion. The plumber, Adam, was extremely helpful with his professional recommendations to help keep my basement dry. I’ve used Dhamer for several repairs over the years and they never disappoint. The experience was wonderful. We had a sump pump give out and even though we were scheduled for a later day Adam came out 2 days early and fixed it all in less than an hour. He and his apprentice were lovely to interact with, the price was good ($650), and I am always happy to support an independent and family owned business especially as private equity continues to buy everyone out so they can offer cut rates and then raise them when they’re the only game left in town.
