I had the best experience using Jim Dhamer Plumbing for a water heater installation. I have used them several times previously for smaller jobs and they were always very responsive and professional. This was a much larger project and I feel the results were incredibly outstanding. We have been Dhamer customers for many years. Today Adam was out for a shower leak. He couldn't have been more helpful with advice for us as well as fixing the leak. Excellent customer service isn't easy to find nowadays. Adam didn't disappoint.
I needed service for a sump pump repair. Despite their busy schedule with the recent flooding, they were able to come out and replace my sump pump in a timely fashion.
