Never have I worked with or spoke to the elusive Jimmy Denny himself but any time I call about our many accounts I get the same country bumpkin who answers the phone and is quite possibly the rudest person working in customer service. She is not helpful, condescending, short, and acts like it’s a complete thorn in her side to help us.
