Had an issue on a 2024 expedition that I purchased out of state. Took the truck to another dealership in the area to have it fixed. They had my vehicle for a day and a half and never called to update me on what they found. When I went to this other dealership to inquire on the progress, it became very clear that they were either wasting time on a wild goose chase OR they hadn’t even looked at my vehicle.
