Our furnace failed one cold night at 1:00 am, and they came out to fix it. We also bought a new furnace from them and it has worked great. By far the best price for a great furnace. Highly recommended!!!!
My furnace had trouble starting, so I called the name that was on the furnace when I bought the house. It was Jim Collins in West Seneca. Not only did he arrive after the time he said he would, I was told between 1 & 4 and he was here just after 5PM, he literally spent 3 minutes in my basement, came up the stairs shaking his head, and with a sad voice told me I needed a new furnace.
