I contacted the internet manager and completed the OTD pricing over the phone in less than 10 minutes. She agreed to match the Carmax trade-in value for my 2025 Prius LE. I wish there is a lower rate that I can provide! Because one star doesn’t reflect my frustration and disappointment! Every time I visit this location, the service goes down dramatically. The latest: they can’t service my car because I don’t have appointment ( despite they never ask for one before) when I asked if it’s required, he stated no, it’s preferred! So why can’t you service my car! After a couple trips he made to the shop, he came and stated that car will be ready for pick up at 9pm ( this was around 1030am):10 hours... read more
