We had an excellent experience at Colemans. We had totalled our car in an accident the day before. Thank God, no one was hurt. We rented a car and just went to check the lot because they have always taken are of us and our cars. We ended buying a car that had just been turned in and the rest is history. Stephen Richter and Bienvenu was wonderful, patient and caring!
The mechanics and Service Manage at this dealership provided outstanding and went above and beyond to help me out in an urgent predicament. They solved an ongoing difficult issue, provided a rental car at a very reasonable rate and helped achieve a permanent solution. I couldn’t recommend the service department any more highly.
