This Toyota dealership has a highly questionable sales process. After waiting eight hours, we were told to pay for insurance before being informed of the car loan interest rate. Only afterward did they suggest we could attempt to get a refund from the insurance agent if we declined the rate they revealed later. They called this their “new sales culture,” but it comes across as misleading and scam-like. If you value your time, avoid this store.

Wife and I bought our first car together. Was insanely easy and a pleasure to work with JCT. Particularly Ms. Karen, Mr. Luis, etc, nobody rushed us, no hangling, no up selling just hey, we want this vehicle can we make it work. Some paperwork, pre-approval, and boom! Out the door in our new (used) SUV
