I don’t usually write reviews, but the service department at Jim Coleman Infiniti truly deserves one. This is my second Infiniti vehicle, and I originally purchased my current one in Annapolis because I previously had such a poor experience with the service department and management in Bethesda. The Service Staff at Jim Coleman Nissan of Bethesda were polite, efficient, and truly courteous throughout my visit. The Sales Staff were equally professional and helpful, making the entire experience smooth, transparent, and far better than I expected. And their new facility is incredible too!

Sergio, Jim Coleman Nissan Bethesda Parts Dept., assisted me by phone in determining the correct wheel cover for my Nissan Rogue. I then purchased the cover From Jim Coleman Nissan online, as I live in Baltimore. Sergio verified he had the cover in stock and communicated to his colleague I would be in the following day (Sergio's day off) to pick it up to avoid the steep delivery charge. When I arrived at Jim Coleman Nissan the next day, I was greeted by friendly team members and the pick-up process was seamless!
