My experience at Jim Coleman Infiniti was awesome. When I cam in to view the used car the staff was very friendly. Both Vince and Arthur were great at showing me the car and answering my questions. Arthur was especially helpful and a pleasure to work with. He made me feel comfortable with my purchase and the process was very smooth. I would recommend this dealer to anyone and of you have an opportunity ask for Arthur. He has a great sense of humor and is very knowledgeable and responsive!!!

Great experience. I needed to negotiate the deal quickly and fairly, no games. Ryan understood completely. I needed a quick purchase process (<1 hour) so that I could pick up my daughter from daycare. Ryan and Arthur made it happen. When Ryan had an appointment come up, he left me a message and set me up with Arthur, who was waiting at the front door for me. Easiest car buying experience I've had. Ivan Johnson went out of his way to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Everyone I worked with at the dealership have been friendly and professional. After bad experiences with other dealerships this was a welcomed change. I will buy from Jim Coleman dealerships again.

As a retired member of the military, I use my USAA membership to buy all of my vehicles because they only recommend reputable dealers and can usually work out a great deal with the dealerships. Jim Coleman Infiniti in Bethesda, MD, was one of three dealers they recommended. The salesman I dealt with at Jim Coleman Infiniti was Ahmad Hanif and the Internet Sales Manager was Ryan Latham.
