I can’t even begin to say how great Jim has been with our vehicles. He has saved us many times over the years and really does a great job at a truly fair price. In the very few instances the repairs were things he didn’t work on, like the air conditioner, he was ready with a quality referral to someone he knew well and trusted himself. If others can’t figure out the issue or you want a second opinion because the first place seemed shady, Jim’s the guy to bring it too. You’ll find you don’t need anyone else moving forward.
First let me say I’m hesitant to post this because he will get super busy and not have time for us! Just kidding. In all seriousness you can never find honest people to work on your cars. Jim is exactly that. We brought our car to the dealership and they told us we needed new breaks along with a list of 5 other things. We have taken cars to Jim & Co. before. Jim is both a true mechanic and artist. He could fix a 747 if it could fit in his garage.
I went to autonation Subaru for recalls and they inspected my vehicle and said I needed a bunch of stuff done so I took it here for a second opinion. Jim lifted my car showed me what they said needed replaced (lca bushings) and explained why they didn’t. He was super nice and gave me great advice. He said not to do the bushings saving me a ton of money he also told me where to get my fluids done and when those actually needed done. He told me what to look out for on my car and more.
