I went to autonation Subaru for recalls and they inspected my vehicle and said I needed a bunch of stuff done so I took it here for a second opinion. Jim lifted my car showed me what they said needed replaced (lca bushings) and explained why they didn’t. He was super nice and gave me great advice. He said not to do the bushings saving me a ton of money he also told me where to get my fluids done and when those actually needed done. He told me what to look out for on my car and more. Fair honest great guy .
Don’t bring your cars here. They are overpriced. Extortionists. You know, people seek out these small businesses for peace of mind and reliability. But when you are charging 2x the price of a dealership then YOU are the problem. And this place has dropped the ball for me 3 times. I am done with you. I will be telling everyone I know who needs work done not to come here. Especially those who have been using you for years. You do not deserve their business. Jim and his team are fantastic! The one-hour drive was absolutely worth it. Jim provided an honest assessment of my vehicle and offered a very fair price for the work needed, the best out of four other shops I contacted. Since it's a small shop, I waited at a nearby coffee shop without any issue. I will definitely return for all my future needs. Thanks, Jim and team!
