Bri was very professional & kept me informed. The $199 diagnostic fee should be deducted if you choose to get it repaired at Jim Click. I checked repair pal & local repair shop Dave Polsky Tire & Auto would repair for $260.00 & Jim Click charged $620. Excuse I got was dealers charge more. Yeah....no kidding alot more!
First waited 32 days for a appointment, get car in and explain that parking lights dont work, and dashboard lights dont work, they have my car all day and call me and say its ready! So I get there and same problem no dashboard light or parking lights, they didn't even check my parking lights only dashboard. And said fuse isn't making contact. Thats it and charged me 189.00 for a diagnostic. And said its working now but the slightest bump could disconnect it. What did they use bubble gum.

They sold my grandmother a lemon. It broke down a few times. After they took it in to get maintenance the transmission went out. She had it towed to a shop near by and they said it was really low on transmission oil. She talked to Jim click Ford about the car. At first they said they would help her out but when she went down there they said never mind. So now she is stuck with a car that does not work. Shame on the mechanics who "worked" on her car and shame on Jim Click Ford for backing out after they said they would help. ... read more
