I went in a little over a month ago looking for a new car, and my experience with these guys was amazing. Tim and Brad were awesome to work with and I was in and out of the dealership in ~2 hours. The whole staff was friendly. I couldn’t be happier with my 2021 Trail Blazer. Definitely recommend them!
Well so far I’m not to impressed, I first took my 09’ outlook to the service center for lack of power. After a week I was told it was both front catalytic converters. OEM part are to expensive so I got a set of magna flow put em on and problem persisted. Take the outlook back and it has been at Jim Clark for about a month now. And no one has any idea what’s wrong. I have a 2014 Chevy Malibu that had an auto-stop stallout error that left several mechanics stumped. Everything I read online lead myself and other mechanics in all sorts of different directions. Jim Clark was able to diagnosis and repair my vehicle accurately, giving my kids a safe ride to school every morning! Their staff is extremely friendly, patient, and time efficient. The correct repairs to ensure your vehicle is safe is their top priority!

Long story short....My very small dog got stuck under the passenger seat of my car. I did not know what to do so I took my car to your service department.
