DO NOT USE THIS ROOFER. He did my roof in 2008 and it was supposedly guaranteed (for shingles and work). In 2012 there was a leak in the kitchen. I contacted him MANY times to try to get him to come back and look at the issue and fix it. I got one return phone call, but then he never showed up for the appointment. Then after months of leaving voicemails, no more returned calls. Finally, I had to contact someone else to fix it at my own expense. It cost $800 to repair on the exterior.
