We were new to the area, and Jim really went above and beyond to educate us about different neighborhoods. He was incredibly responsive and facilitated a large number of showings. His energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge of the area really sets him apart. And . . . we love the house we ended up with in the end!
I can’t say enough about Jim Casey as our realtor.He went above and beyond especially since there was a 3 hour time change. He explained all the fine print on all the documents and was quick to respond with any questions we had. I would highly recommend Jim, besides being a really nice guy, he knows all the ins and outs of the real estate business.
