Non responsive and stole my money. I switched my house to a rental unit. I asked Jim and his crew if I could change to a policy that was appropriate to my new situation. They were non cooperative and told me no. I had no choice but to cancel them and get new insurance. Unfortunately, after I canceled, they continued to bill me and send bills to my mortgage lender. They refused to give any type of refund and never returned my calls or emails. Fortunately my lender has a note not to pay them now but I still lost money to them.... read more
Jim provides excellent customer service. I recently had to use my insurance for the first time, with a not-at-fault incident, and Jim explained all my options to ensure I could take full advantage of my policy, and guided the claim through State Farm HQ's various mistakes & delays. Apropos of nothing: unsecured load drivers need much harsher punishment. The rest of us shouldn't have to subsidize their carelessness.
