Love this place, Family environment and knowledgeable. Wish they had more Pelosi signs though.
Over the years I have bought many parts from JCTS- recently I had my second equipment trailer worked on-they installed a new floor a few months ago-During the crazy hot weather in April, one of the boards cracked and separated severely around a knot. They replaced the board free of charge. I will not comment on the lumber company who the original deck 2x8's came from. Very pleased with Jim Campen Trailer Sales
Would give this shop more stars if we could. Their crew got us back on the road to our vacation destination when our pontoon boat trailer had a bearing break. We came from Ohio and broke down not too far from their shop. They were the only place that we called that said they would even look at it on the weekend and went completely above and beyond to get the parts replaced and repaired. Highly recommend this shop over anyone else in the area. Reasonably priced and extremely friendly and helpful staff!
In a bind, far from home, with a broken weld on our trailer. Jim personally offered to see what he could do for us and put Mike on the job. We were in and out in a few hours for a very fair price. The country would be a much better place with more people like this!
