Best help we've ever received! They were super nice, friendly and understanding. Got us back on the road in a matter of hours when out camper trailer blew the bearing and brakes. Can't thank them enough abd say how wonderful everyone was!
These guys are amazing. Jim and his staff will do a great job for you. They installed a flat tow setup on our jeep. But we were having some electrical feedback issues with it. Angie left no stone unturned in researching the problem and got us going right away. They are the same as over 20 years ago when Jim personally drove to the top of a mountain where my snowplow was not operating, and repaired in out in the cold. Just a great business and people to do business with.
Very knowledgeable and polite. I appreciate being able to go in there and feel like I am treated fairly and respectfully. As a woman I am not familiar with parts and prices, I appreciate the time and patience they always take to explain what I need and why. I highly recommend !
Customer service over the phone was great, the ladies I talked to were super nice and friendly. The guys in the shop were much less so, final cost of my install was $100 more than what I was quoted over the phone and no one cared, the work was done and I didn't have a written quote. Another note, the signage in the shop is a bit aggressive and is probably insulting to a good amount of their customer base, but that seems intentional. Something to be aware of
