We are so disappointed in Dr. Chan! We were so rushed to sign what they called The Policy that we didn't even know we couldn't postpone night-time corrective lenses without losing all of the money we paid! We lost $300 because of this! They didn't explain anything to us & just rushed us to hurry up & sign & leave so he could see another patient. We felt hurried & unimportant & we couldn't even ask any questions about anything! When we picked up our glasses, they apparently didn't even have time to give us our glasses case & ... read more

My friend has been recommending this place for years. I was like they are too far from my home. I did come once for eyesight check up, the service was good, but I felt their style a bit outdated. I went to an ophthalmologist today for a possible stuck contact lens. He checked my eyes with four fancy machines and told me there was no contact lens and my eyes do not have a problem.
