Top notch customer service from both the sales and service departments
I was looking to lease a vehicle through this dealership and I explained my situation to the sales rep Annie. I explained I only have enough cash for a one way taxi ride so I wanted to make sure everything would be ok. Ended up being she made false statements and not even 5 mins after being there I was told I couldn't get the car for the same reasons I was concerned but was told it would be ok. Just bought a 2012 honda civic at this dealership. Cannot Sai enough great things about how i was treated here. I had a couple credit issues that other dealerships gave me some trouble with but my sales professional Kyle got me a great deal at a great rate. Ady the end of the day i went to a total of 3 dealerships and i really ended up doing the deal at jim butler kia because of how well i was treated. Horrible Experience On Saturday July 15 2013 I went to Jim Butler Kia to trade in a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze that I own. The reason I went to this dealership is that I had previously purchased a Kia Forte Koup. Unfortunately, it was smashed by an uninsured driver, so I traded it for the Cruze.
