Got my car, 2025 Kia K5 EX, about $5K cheaper than at Jim Butler. Butler wanted my car and over $23K for their Kia K5 EX. I knew my trade-in was worth more than they were offering, I did come up to an offer of $20K and my trade-in, they didn't take it, thankfully. I finally got my 2025 EX for about $18,500, plus my trade-in, almost a full $5K cheaper than at Jim Butler. There are much better car dealers, shop around.
I would strongly recommend Jim Butler Kia. Cheryl Cooper is the best sales rep I have ever worked with purchasing a vehicle.
Wow, a standing ovation for Keith, the “service manager,” for proving that things can, in fact, get worse every time they touch your car! I brought mine in for simple cosmetic work (because silly me, I paid extra for all those “warranties”) and somehow they managed to turn it into a full-blown disaster—three times in a row.
