We are extremely disappointed with the service experience over the past two weeks. The vehicle in question is a 2025 with fewer than 4,000 miles, and it was purchased from this dealership less than four months ago. ATTENTION ALL OWNERS AND POTENTIAL BUYERS DO NOT shop at this dealer they gave my elderly grandmother a faulty car that they didn't even have on there lot for more than 17 hours It then proceeded to break down only 4 months later it was a recall involving the rods that the (kia tech) somehow missed and they were supposed to fix it but it's been a month and a half since it was dropped off for service and they still haven't fixed the issue On top of that every time we contact the general manager he never answers and to him and... read more
