Have tried to get warranty service scheduled and have been turned down on 2 scheduled appointment days after dropping off that they were under staffed and did not have time to get the car in. It is only for a retractable window visor replacement. This has been going on for 5 months trying to get this completed.

Great when trying to buy but if you need anything after, good luck. Was told three times in three weeks they would call me with the answer the next day and needless to say they didnt call back on any of these days so be prepared.

I don't Have enough space to even express my frustration of what I have dealt with with this car. I bought from Jim Butler Kia 1/10/23, my car has been towed and in their possession since the end of March 2023 and to this day, I have yet to get it back (it's now almost Dec 2023)! It's a **** and I ended up having to buy a brand new battery after just 20 days of having it, then had 2 replace it for a new 1 again in March, also considering the 1st 1 it came with, 3 batteries within 3 months. I purchased a 2018 ***** Trax at the end of November 2022. The sales rep told me how luckily I was to get this vehicle because it had been sitting there a while. Well know I know why. I had not even made my first payment when the check engine came on. I called the dealer and they cannot even look at my car for three weeks. THREE WEEKS well that's GREAT customer service because I'm now afraid to drive my NEW though pre-owned vehicle. first of the service at jim butler kia was just excellent rick valenti and tim nothum are the best when i said they were so helpful and an a delight to talk and work with i was not rush i will let everyone know that this is the place to go for truely an fresh start again thank you rick and tim and very happy customer DYDemery

I found a 2014 VW Passat TDI through ******** that Jim Butler Kia had possession of as is. By the time I signed the contract ************************* had added $2,600 to the sale price. When asked , she said " upgrades ". Ok , good deal. Couple weeks later engine light comes on , bad water pump and hose. No problem , normal wear and tear. ***** checks it out. I had purchased two cars from Jim Butler Kia in ************,** since April of 2021 ..I have had nothing but problems with there service department..They broke a piece that covers the oil pan and still has not put the part on .Also paint coming off my 2021 kia ** and they are refusing to fix the issue ..Left a review back in November and they reached out took it down and said they would call me after the holiday .Heard nothing ..Called February 7th talked to gentleman said he would call back and hasn't..I shouldn't be treate... read more

Was obviously lied to in a bait and switch type manner similar to what I have seen others have experienced. Called and asked ***** to come test drive a car before I made my 40 minute trip, was told all is good to go and to head that way, but we get there and am told we cant test drive because it needs to go to service.
