I was wanting this car & it needed a part which wasn't available for 2 weeks. They found a vehicle with close mileage that I didn't want. I felt forced to get a car I didn't want.

The lady that makes the appointment for Jim Butler salesman's has a nasty attitude.she refused to give me the telephone number to the dealership that had the vehicle on their lot. She gave me the wrong location where the vehicle was.

Dealer would not work with the finance company we already have. When my finance company asked for an updated application they refuse to do it.

Horrible service. No one there knows what others are doing. Salesman left after I spoke with him and told him I was making the almost 2hr drive. Would Not recommend this dealership

They were very responsive and contacted me very quickly. I found something strange. I got emails from Kelly Smith to schedule an appointment and got confirmation emails about the appointment time and date. When I got there, Dave Wucher was the person I talked to. I'm not sure what happened to Kelly. Dave was good with talking with me and answering questions. He was a little pushy for my tastes but he really knew what he was talking about.
What a class act! Total professionalism! Calm, informative, knowledgeable, no pressure, took care of our wants! Ryan Rhodes and Robert Schneider are the best! Jim Butler Chevrolet… Five star!
