Easy to broker deal. Quick turnaround.
Had bought 2001 Chevrolet Malibu years ago when Gilchrist was Grey, so I went back got excellent experience.
Worst experience at a dealership. I was in a bind with my car being deemed a total loss. Had a short window to get a car and even wanted to pay cash. This dealership quickly went to financing just to push warranties on me. The next day they couldn’t get me out of their office fast enough. Barely gave me direction on how to obtain the title and told me to go to the “DMV”. Which is not correct. He just wanted me out of his office. I do not recommend this dealership and will never go back.

Great and easy process working with salesman Alonzo. Everything was great and easy with the paperwork but I had to pick-up vehicle and they could not deliver the vehicle.
As other reviewers have said, the dealership advertises one price, plus 3k of add ons that are already partially installed so there is a major push to guilt you into buying them. The sell overall was aggressive, hard, and unrelenting. I needed time to think about the car and the price, told the, so several times and tried to leave 4 times before I finally disregarded their attempts to make me stay. Called the dealership about the Corvette and expressed interest to purchase the car with 30-day warranty. I was promised a call back which never occurred. I called a 2nd time to learn that the dealership could not provide any warranty because of serious issues I cannot share on-line. Will never contact this dealership again!
