This man had the nerve to call repeatedly when my mother was on her deathbed, asking my dad to leave her side to get paperwork. There was no urgency in the deal, but he was rude, lacked compassion and was incredibly insensitive-NO CLASS! He spoke of his need for a death certificate and she was still very much alive. Shocking!!

Jim Burton did a horrible job.I was the seller and the night before closing he called and asked for more cash for the buyer.I relied on him to represent me and he failed. Buyer beware with this phony. Pat D.
