Please ignore the review about Leticia Madrid and the Inspector I hired. I witnessed the Inspection and there was nothing but professionalism displayed at the time by both of them. The owner lied to me that the plumbing was up to code. The house lacked owner maintenance, including trying to hide water stains on the ceiling with paint throughout the home. There agent Leticia Madrid came in w her buyer and who wanted alot money after discounting 11k + was rude and brought her abusive inspector Carpenters inspections is the name and they abused My roof walked extremely hard on it! Tore open cabinets and drawers and slammed them shut hard and I'm an elderly senior. They seemed very rude on purpose unkind Please don't use them. They were cruel and takes advantage of seniors!!
