As a first time home owner I would come to think my agent would explain to me everything, i was under the age of 23 I feel as though my agent had completely taken advantage of me. He sold me a house with problems, he did not go over the inspection report with me. He suggested the seller give me 6,000$ without explaining what it was for, while still in the process of buying the house he began flirting with me, which made it extremely uncomfortable. Jim was a pleasure to work with and always a professional. He answered my many questions and responded in a timely fashion. Any concerns that needed investigating got his full and thorough attention. Purchasing a new home can be a daunting experience but it certainly is helpful when you have someone who is never too pushy but can guide you through the process with such attention to detail. Overall working with Jim was a great experience and I would highly recommend him. Happy house hunting !
