Mitch, Robert, and Adrianna in the service department were extremely professional and helpful. My car had an issue that required it to be towed to the dealership on a Sunday, when the service department was closed. The team immediately began working on it first thing Monday morning, and were in touch with me before 9 AM with a diagnosis. Terrific customer service! Had a problem with my 2013 Leaf. Diagnosed and remedied in less than an hour from my first call, late on a Friday afternoon. Everyone I met was helpful and friendly and kind to my dog. Cost was well below estimate. Car wash coupon was icing on the cake! Really excellent experience. If I were to buy a new vehicle this is where I would come. Update five years later (finally decided to service the Leaf, needed nothing but brake fluid!).
