Great dealership. Went in with my 2011 Rogue and left with a 2026 Rogue. These guys were awesome, they gave me a great deal on my trade in and worked with me on the price to get my payments down. Will definitely go back for servicing.
Disappointing. Brought my car in about a month ago to be serviced. It was expensive. When I got my car back, and honked the horn, I immediately noticed that the sound of the horn was off. I had never had any problems with my horn before this. The horn sound was high-pitched and sounded very muted. This is very different than how the horn sounded before I brought my car in to be serviced. I called Jim Bone and they said to bring my car in and they would fix the issue. I brought in my car. Their service manager is a great caring loving soul that wants to make sure you get the best timely service. I went there for 2 recalls on my Rogue and was told on the phone by the appointment lady it was going to take 5 hours,well the service manager put a whole team of employees on it n I was outta there in 1 1/2 hours. Will always go there for service and recommend them to anyone n everyone.
I bought a used Xterra a week ago. They said the car was pass on safety. But It wasn't!!. Rear hatch door didn't stay open and fell on my head. I was bleeding and had to go emergency room. Billed a lot.
