Purchased a new construction home in Nov of 2021. Started noticing cracks and gaps in doors. Main front door was warped so it was replaced. Had to have it adjusted several times as air was goin through pretty bad. To this day it is still not fixed. The cracks were blamed on “caulking failure”. It was fixed but now those same cracks are back. Ive been patient as they never seem to be able to keep help or the schedule is busy.
