I had a great experience working with Kaye Clement from the Jim Black Group to sell my home. Kaye was incredibly helpful during every step of the process, and she is very capable, knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with.
We had never heard of the Jim Black group but my husband used to work with our realtor Keith scott so we decided to go with them and we weren't disappointed . Rich and Megan were amazing!! They were with me every step of the way!! When there were hiccups they helped me along, not only helping address the issue(s), offering emotional support as well. As everyone is aware, buying and selling a home is super stressful, but Rich and his team at Jim Black Group made it easier.
