Jim was very efficient, and installed my new water heater, after detecting a problem, and that water heater needed replacing anyway, was '06. He originally came because 1 of tubs wasn't hardly having any water come out, but he found problem causing, and repaired, as well as installing new water heater. I used shower in morning after, and shower was hotter water and more powerful force! He seems to know all details to tell you, also. Very knowledgeable, I would recommend Jim for sure.
Jim always responds to calls almost immediately & shows up at the time of his scheduled appointments. There is no plumbing problem he cannot fix. He is not cheap but his competence & dependability are worth his charges. He is also a great guy to be around.
